Rodizio is a traditional Brazilian steakhouse restaurant service style. At Vaqueiros we take pride in offering an authentic Brazilian experience to each customer, from the food and the wine to the passion and the culture.
Our knowledgeable Passadores honour the authentic method of preparing the finest cuts of meat, skewered and slowly cooked over open flames. The meat is then served fresh and carved at the tableside.
Customers can eat as much or as little as they like, with a delicious range of steak, pork, and chicken to choose from. The servers will continue to return to carve fresh cuts of meat until the customer has had enough, which can be signalled by turning over the double-sided mat, “green” is for more and “red” is for stop or pause.
As well as our selection of fine cut meats we serve seafood, fish and vegetarian options.
Our accompaniments to the main meal are served as a fresh buffet which includes many authentic Brazilian side dishes and salads to complement the dishes.
At Vaqueiros we take the upmost care to source our produce locally and from the finest Brazilian suppliers to ensure we only use the highest quality ingredients in all our dishes.
We have also carefully developed a wine list to pair perfectly with the dishes on offer, along with a great selection of authentic Brazilian beers and cocktails that are available.
Before the meal is complete, we serve traditional Brazilian desserts and a fantastic selection of coffees and liquors to finish off the meal.
